CU Phosco manufactures high mast lighting systems using a raise and lower winch assembly with constant tension design on the steel rope raising and lowering cables. There are no latches required in this sytem with a 53:1 gear ratio on the winch assembly. We can supply double drum and triple drum systems to raise and lower up to 1,800 pounds using either 4 or 6 pulley head frames as required by the on site requirements.
